How can i display a specific activity in the database?

For example:

I have 50 classes and i want to display the activities of class 49.

How can i display the list of the 50 classes and from the list choose class 49 to display its activities?

Thanks.

You need to select an activity's cell in which Class 49 is selected and you will see a new tab at the top with the name "Class 49". Then if you click on that tab you will see only the activities of Class 49.

Theoretically if i have 2000 rows in the database, then how can i find the rows that contains the class 49? it's very difficult !! and it will take a long time to do that.

If we look at version 6 there was an option to display a list of the 50 classes and from it we choose class 49 and then display the activity of class 49.

Same for teachers or themes!!

It will be easy and faster to do that also in version 7 if we have the option like in version 6.

You could try this: create an empty activity row, select the group you need in that row and then the group's name will appear at the top.

Thank you very much,

I tried your suggestion but it's not so easy or computerized way.

my suggestion is:

For example:

1. if we choose the group icon in the database,
2. then double click on a group name - (class 49)
3. then lantiv will open the activity window with all the activities for class 49.

Can lantiv make life easy for us ?

Thank you.

Yes, we will include one constant empty line at the top of the list in which it will be possible to choose an object and upon making the choice the list will show only the activities of the selected object.
