If you can share your school timetable file here, it would help other schools to construct their timetable and learn from your experience.

You can write your insights about the problems that you have faced and how you solved (or did not solve) them, the difficulties that you have faced and any other ideas that you think may benefit users around the world.

Thank you.

Hello
I would like to know how my colleague who has scheduled a timetable on Lantiv Timetabler 6 can share it with me. She has copied it on a memory stick, but the file appears only when the stick is on her computer, not on mine. It would really help if I could go on working, as she cannot continue.
Thank you

First of all, make sure that the file actually resides on the USB disk by opening your computer folders, navigating to the USB disk and checking if the file appears there. If it does not appear, it means that the file was not copied properly and you should go back to the original computer and copy it again.

If the file is on the USB disk, start the program and select "File", "Open" from the menu. Then select "All Files" in the "File Type" field and you will surely see the file. Once you see it, double click on it to open it.

Thank you for your reply.
The file we want to share still doesn't appear. When my USB stick is on my colleague's computer, the file appears, but when it's on mine, it doesn't. I only have the "sample school.xml". Can it be because the one that has been copied is a "shortcut" (raccourci in French, I hope you understand). How can she copy a file that is not a shortcut?
We have both downloaded Lantiv Timetabler 6.

Or can we share the file online? But in that case, how shall we do?
Thank you again for your help.

To copy a file you need to find the file on your computer, right click on it and select "Copy". Then navigate to the drive of the USB disk, right click on it and select "Paste". Transfer the USB disk to the second computer, open it and use the same technique to copy the file from the USB disk to your computer. Finally, start the program, select "File", "Open" from the menu, navigate to the folder in which you saved the copied file and double click on the file.
