Joined: 13 Jun 2008 Posts: 2 Hi! How do you mark two or more teachers per class? And also is it possible to mark more then one location per class? I have a multiple choice class where the student can choose from 3 different activities at friday morning. /Rickard Back to top lantiv Posted: Fri Jun 13, 2008 4:19 pm    Post subject: Student Assignment to Groups Site Admin Joined: 10 Aug 2007 Posts: 573 The program does not assign students to groups automatically. You have to manually choose for each student one of the 3 optional groups. The program will then schedule the activities so that there are no student clashes. But the primary selection has to be done by you (of course you can change it after the timetable is constructed and let the program reconstruct the timetable). Regarding the location - you can select more than one room for the activity and the program will choose the most suitable room on its own. To do this, go to the Activities page in the Database, click in the Room field of some activity and open the rooms list. You can create a set with both teachers but then they will be both scheduled for the 1:30 hour.
