I almost translate 30 % of the interface to portuguese of version 6. Can I use this file to start the translation of version 7 ?

Yes, many of the phrases are the same. Open the file "English.langx" inside the "Language" folder (inside the folder into which the program was installed). This version 7 English file has comments in it as to where each phrase is displayed and used for. You can save the file as "Portuguese.langx" and then translate the phrases. In the new version 7 file there is considerably less phrases to translate.
